In spite of the fact that Porsha Williams is no longer a cast member on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the reality star and author recently tied the knot in a ceremony that was attended by both active and past workers of Bravo. A large number of people, including Kandi Burruss, NeNe Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, and many others, were in attendance at the wedding of Porsha and her husband Simon Guobadia.
It comes as no surprise that Porsha and Simon’s exes didn’t bring their new partners to their two-day event. When Porsha first appeared on Real Housewives of Atlanta, many of the show’s viewers were aware that she had been married to Kordell Stewart in the past. When Simon first appeared on RHOA in Season 13, he had recently tied the knot with Falynn Pina, a model who had previously been considered a “friend of” RHOA.
The breakup of Falynn and Simon in 2021 made headlines due to the fact that Simon had begun dating Porsha during their time apart. Despite the fact that Porsha has never wavered from her stance that she did not steal Simon from Falynn, she has been the target of dozens of memes and comments that suggest otherwise. Falynn has also shared her thoughts on the matter, and fans are curious about the well-being of the exes who starred together in the past.
Is there a friendship between Falynn Pina and Porsha Williams?
In the year 2020, Falynn began production on RHOA Season 13. During the first scene she appeared in, she invited Porsha, her former “friend” Tanya Sam, and her sister Lauren Williams to swim in the enormous pool that she shared with Simon. Porsha and Falynn appeared to get along just fine, but after she and Simon made the announcement that they were divorcing in April of 2021, their dynamic shifted.
After Falynn and Simon announced they were divorcing, Porsha shared on her RHOA spinoff, Porsha’s Family Matters, that she reached out to Simon via DM. As a result of their conversations, the two had an undeniable chemistry and soon after began dating in private.
After only one month of dating, Porsha announced in May 2021 that the couple is now engaged. Porsha made it clear in her reveal that she and Falynn were “never friends,” despite the fact that she stated on the show that she thought Falynn was “really nice” and that the two of them hung out off-camera. Porsha also stated that Falynn had nothing to do with her and Simon’s decision to divorce.
“Falynn and I are not friends, and Simon’s divorce has been settled,” Porsha explained to her fans. “Everyone’s lives have been improved by a healthy dose of joy and affection thanks to our relationship.”
Falynn’s rep followed Porsha and Simon’s statements with a message from Falynn, per People. In her statement, Falynn explained that she wanted to put the incident in the past and thanked her supporters for their “support” during this difficult time in her life.

Falynn and Simon appeared to have a healthy relationship prior to their breakup in April of 2021. After dating for five years before getting married in 2019, the couple finally tied the knot. During the time that they were married, they were also responsible for raising a large blended family that consisted of eight children from their previous relationships.
Falynn has stated that Porsha had nothing to do with the divorce, despite the fact that she and Simon have never discussed the reasons behind their breakup.
Falynn revealed that she never blamed the Pampered by Porsha CEO during a sit-down interview with YouTuber Adam Coy Newell. She also explained that she didn’t “know” enough about her ex-husband before she married him.
According to Falynn, “no one has that kind of influence over my life, the life of my spouse, or over our marriage.” “Simon and I were the ones who tied the knot with each other as husband and wife. We are the ones who came up with the idea of starting a family and constructing a life with one another. I hold both of us responsible. Both of us are to blame, but he bears the greater portion of the responsibility. Whatever happened after that — and I’m not saying it was good or wrong; I’m just saying that no one has the power”
Thankfully, Falynn, Porsha, and Simon have all moved past the controversy that they were involved in. The couple named their daughter Emma Sang Pina and she was born in November of 2021. Falynn’s boyfriend, Jaylan Banks, was the father.
During the same month, Simon and Porsha tied the knot in two beautiful ceremonies held in Atlanta. Prior to their wedding, the couple had already gone on their first date night as a married couple.
In November 2022, the Bravo star posted on their social media account, “First date night as husband and wife, and many more to go.”
