Although Jessica Alba is a big fan of fitness and practices cardio at home on a regular basis, her professional schedule and her family don’t always leave her all the time in the world to dedicate to sports, something she loves.

On her Instagram, the actress shows some of her workouts (which she does with her children), but she has also turned her account into a window to her beauty tricks. Her daily routine is to maintain youthful skin, her favorite products, and even diet tips.

But not only that, Jessica Alba has a Youtube channel where she has shown a cardio workout routine called “Full Body Booty Blasting Workout”, which focuses on exercises with mini-bands. The high-intensity workout circuit, created by her trainer Aaron Hines, focuses on the glutes and is, as Jessica herself explains, a killer.

In 10 minutes you’ll burn calories and train your glutes and legs on fire, and the investment is very small for the results, both in terms of time and money, as the elastic bands are very inexpensive.
